DON’T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS

Where are you right now and how is that feeling, seeing, tasting, holding, for you?

What is it that stands between  your and your joy?

What is your favorite number and might you send it to me and let’s talk?

Remember, that you can take on what is overwhelming to you…’one small step at a time’

Agreement # 3…. “Don’t make assumptions.”  Miguel says,  “  Find the courage to ask question and to express what you really want.  Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama.  With this one agreement you can completely transition your life.”

And let me add; that if you speak with ‘I’ statements rather than ‘you’ statements, the chances of the conversation going into a defensive mode are less likely.  ‘ASSUME’   ass outta u n’ me

Savour the feel good

Sense the winds call to freedom

The leaf knows her Fall

Droplets on life’s web

Glimmer beauty unspoken

Spider loves the fly

I am love waiting

See me beyond what you see

Make a love story

Officiate life

Celebrate your becoming

Keep rolling the dice

Polish up your heart

Shine up all your senselessness

Give yourself a Way

Loving these agreements to make with ourselves!! A little story… I went into a store with David, and he met with an older gentleman he knew. After speaking with him, he wandered away and the gentleman came over to speak with me. He stood too closely in my space, his face in mine. I was uncomfortable and thought perhaps he was hitting on me. Ah the ego. I mentioned this to David after we left, and he informed me that the man was almost deaf, and had to stand that close to hear what I was saying. OOPs on the making assumptions! AND… My favorite number has been 33 for as long as I can remember.
