It follows this form…”The modern pantoum is a poem of any length, composed of four-line stanzas in which the second and fourth lines of each stanza serve as the first and third lines of the next stanza. The last line of a pantoum is often the same as the first.”

I am change unfolding
I am here and now
I see with heart open
I birth myself into life, death… again
I am here and now
I try not to hold my breath
I birth myself into life, death…again
Fear is my ally
I try not hold my breath
I gasp my way back to my center
Fear is my ally
I sing my terror a lullaby
I gasp my way back to my center
I am breath’s way home
I sing my terror a lullaby
Love is all there is
I am breath’s way home
I see with heart open
Love is all there is
I am change unfolding
I loved doing this…
Cool! I love the poem. Gonna try it, too.
