What is it about the ‘unavailable’ that pulls desire in?
Pulls a hunger for having, for owning and taking
That that can not be obtained, or used, or is free to
return desire, want, hunger.
Held to unrequited, to longing, to yearning.
Look to the availability in the self for freedom.
Search within for the avail of what might
be able to be given in the want.
Rise to the value of what is valuable.
Make use of all the gifts of the heart.
If the ‘no avail’ finds itself in the fearful
Ask the heart what desire is undeserving.
Hear the answer to be cradled in the forgiving.
History need not give repeat to old wounds.
That captured in pain assure the unrequited
outcome of what has de-solved long ago.
Make way for that which is available
