ENERGY’S NEED

DAY 10… NaPoWriMo.

~

heart n pink hand N FLAMESlittle

There is no mistaking the way energy radiates

from everything and everyone laying trails

of Spike and tidal wave, of sooth, and grace.

~

There is no telling how your vulnerable self

will make guard or open to the incoming

and how the ripples of other, quakes your sea

~

There is no saying when the roll of it might hit

lay you flat to a false wall left standing

or give rise to the pull and want of more

~

There is no knowing except in that intuitive sense

when that cone of protection imagined

holds you sealed, contained from the distraction

~

There is little wonder how we make it through

a day, an hour, the occasional minute

with so much seething vibration around us.

~

All of us here in the flurry and chaos

All of us here in the gentle and peaceful

All of us here getting by, wondering why

Dissolving in the bombardment of the endless

dynamic of energy, ever present, ever Being

~

There is no escaping It

We are It.

Send Love

WISDOM and FOOLERY

2016-01-23 16.38.06

Wisdom and Foolery have each other’s best interest

They share in perfect orbit around their Sun

What is cloudy for one is a bright and luminous for the other

Both are infinitely right and wrong in duality’s continuum

~

They share in perfect orbit around their Sun

Interchangeable, vastly exact, interpreting the unknown known.

Both are infinitely right and wrong in Duality’s continuum

For what is foolish is wise and what is wise leaps into the emptiness

~

Interchangeable, vastly exact, interpreting the unknown known

Pure innocence already holds Wisdom’s greatest gifts

For what is foolish is wise and what is wise leaps into the emptiness

And in emptiness is the sacred stew of what you have been boiled in

~

Pure innocence already holds Wisdom’s greatest gifts

Separation tears at the tough flesh of victim mentality

And in emptiness is the sacred stew of what you have been boiled in

Allow in the silence that holds everything imaginable to be revealed

~

Separation tears at the tough flesh of victim mentality

Wisdom will play the Fool because she can

Allow in the silence that holds everything imaginable to be revealed

Fooling yourself can only happen for so long

~

Wisdom will play the Fool because she can

What is cloudy for one is bright and luminous for the other

Fooling yourself can only happen for so long

Wisdom and Foolery have each other’s best interest

“…COME LIGHTLY TO THE BLANK PAGE”

This is from a prompt I was invited to do via my Creativity Coach teacher, Jill Badonsky.

We were to pick a quote from this website that gathers many quotes, and select the last five or so words at the end of the quote.

Steven and I may not agree on how to come to ‘a blank page’, and then again, is there really a wrong way?    How might you come to a ‘blank page’?SHadow on Dunes, California

“you must not come lightly to the blank page.”  Steven King

~

Come lightly to the blank page

Take in the sense of emptiness

The thrill of possibilities.

The taste of what wonder is on the tip

of your pen, waiting.

~

Come lightly to the blank page

Give quiet pause to the hungry story

That yearns for the telling.

Tease it like you would a lover

Feeling passion’s aching

~

Come lightly to the blank page

Let the bright light of empty spaciousness

Find that sacred resurrection.

Lay down one word at time

Make generous your heart’s longing

~

Come lightly to the blank page

To A Stony Beach

Glen Arbor Beach

Glen Arbor Beach

Into the quiet calm blue sky

Breeze a whisper tap

to what clings to sand and stone

Clear lake gives licks

to the stony beach in soft repeat

Sun gives all his heat for Spring rising

.

There is no hurry in this day

Only the call to ease and breath

In the slow sink of steps along the shore

Eyes called to the stony hope of treasure

And the shimmer lake smells of winter’s retreat

A distant buoy rings it’s caution

.

Too far away for the care of this wander

Seeking stony fortune a pirate’s quest

A dazzle of gold, a ring of emerald

A chalice, a charm, a chest of stolen bounty

when now, a stone will do, an empty shell

a bit of washed to smooth wood.

.

A wanderer, a pirate, a youth remembered

Into the quiet calm blue sky

With no hurry to the day

Far away from the careless
